The Dimwits are a modern day Laurel and Hardy. Wally Walnut and Jeffrey Jermima get into just as ridiculous scrapes and stupid situations. 

They work as multi-skilled hired help for the mysterious, (and never seen), Mr. Boggins of the Biggleswick Park Town Council. In this episode, they have the task of clearing up all the rubbish left outside the Council Buildings. The trouble starts when they encounter the very strict rubbish tip manager, Mr. Tipps! 

The show is a fast moving, highly visual romp  shot against the beautiful picture book Sussex scenery. There are plenty of wacky sight gags, crazy comedy props and  physical stunts that will have the viewers laughing continuously and tuning in for more.
